1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of Mythblade (the “Game”), including the website, game client, and related services. By using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

Mythblade is operated as an independent hobby project. The Game is provided on a best-efforts basis and is not offered as a guaranteed commercial service.

2. Eligibility

By using the Game, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts and Access

You may need an account to use parts of the Game. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time to protect the Game, other players, or compliance obligations, including for breaches of these Terms.

4. No Subscription Requirement

There is currently no subscription requirement to play Mythblade, including beyond level 10.

The Game’s features, systems, progression, and availability may change at any time at our sole discretion.

5. Optional The Alliance Support Program

Mythblade may offer an optional supporter program called “The Alliance.” The Alliance is voluntary support for the project and does not create a partnership, membership right, ownership interest, or guaranteed entitlement.

Any perks, recognition, or benefits associated with The Alliance are discretionary, may change, may be delayed, or may be removed at any time without liability.

Unless required by applicable law, supporter payments and contributions are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Game for illegal activity;
• harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate others;
• cheat, exploit bugs, or abuse unintended mechanics;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security controls;
• create, use, distribute, or sell bots, automation tools, scripts, macros, or AI agents that interact with the Game without explicit written permission;
• sell, transfer, or trade accounts in violation of published rules;
• upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

7. Virtual Items and Game Data

Virtual items, currencies, progression, and account data are part of a limited license to use the Game. They have no real-world cash value, are not your property, and may be changed, reset, or removed as part of balancing, moderation, maintenance, or updates.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Game, including code, text, design, visual assets, audio, mechanics, and branding, are owned by Mythblade or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial use under these Terms.

If you submit feedback or content, you grant Mythblade a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, adapt, and display that material for operating and improving the Game.

9. Availability and Changes

The Game may be unavailable, interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, continuity, data retention, or that any feature will remain available.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythblade and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or gameplay progress arising from or related to your use of the Game.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the Game will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Mythblade in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) GBP £50.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mythblade and its operator from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Game, or violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ends immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms, unless applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
